Has it really been that long since I last posted....it seems summer has occupied my time with gardening, cooking and family.
I've been looking for new fresh recipes lately and came upon this super easy and super yummy one from Lucinda Scala Quinn....Lemon-Thyme Chicken Paillards. It's a really good recipe if your looking for something light, fresh and full of flavor.

I also made this wonderful dessert....Blueberry Fools. To say this is good would be an understatement....this dessert is fantasic. The mix of blueberries with a touch of lemon is divine. If you like blueberries, you must try this recipe. I used little graham cracker crusts to serve the dessert in....it was a great way to serve dessert to a crowd for the Fourth of July.

It look really delicious! I love blueberry very much. Anyway, I will try this recipe. Thank you for sharing.
