While I'm busy working on another part of my home...again...I thought I'd share with you the chandelier I bought for my bedroom.
It came with a few crystals...I added some more...along with some crystal chains. Love the beaded frame.
This is a new chandelier.... I looked f.o.r.e.v.e.r. for a vintage one....but couldn't find the right one....so new it was....but new's not so bad....as long as it has a vintage feel....it works for me. My bedroom re-do is pretty much done...I'll share it with you soon.
I'm off to add some new goods to my etsy.

...just last night i was standing in my bedroom saying to myself..."i give up...i will never find a vintage chandelier"...then today i see you with this...it is LOVELY...
ReplyDeletei thought it was old...i am throwing in the towel and getting a new one...
it looks GREAT !!!
Happy to stop by....

It is so beautiful, Andrea! I love the Cinderella pumpkin'esque shape & the draping crystals. I can't wait to add chandeliers to my home & remove the blah builder's grade ones! Take care! :)

Hi Andrea,
ReplyDeleteYour chandelier is gorgeous...I wouldn't have known it wasn't vintage.
Looks like we're both thinking chandeliers...I posted about my new one but it's definately NOT vintage. at least not from the vintage era I wanted!
Can't wait to see the rest of your room - I bet it's gorgeous.
I'm ready to thrift again any time you are. :)
I love it! I got one for my birthday (also not vintage) it is not up yet but hopefully soon! ;-)

ReplyDeleteHi there Andrea,
ReplyDeleteIt seems like I'm not the only one who would love to know where you purchased your vintage looking chandelier. I've been looking for ages for old or new, and haven't found anything I like. Yours would definitely work! Thanks!!
Lovely chandelier, patience has it's rewards!

very dainty and beautiful! i love a vintage chandelier and/or lamp, but then there is the rewiring issue, so sometimes new is just easier, and by the looks of yours, just as pretty!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. I want.
