Outdoor Randomness

Yep....this post is all random....and all outdoors. Just some snap shots of our afternoon....which went something like this....

lots of time spent on the porch....

admiring our wildflowers....

which change with the seasons....

and as you can see....our chickens like relaxing on the porch too....

love watching our goats out in the pasture....

loving my Limelight hydrangeas....

old Lulu our tractor even came out to play....(oh...and is just me....or does anyone else give everything a name...lol)

some summer flowers.....Joe Pyeweed....

Emily...one of our cats...prowling around...

some of our chickens and geese....enjoying the afternoon with us....

and this is Petunia...she's being held by my son....the chicken whisperer.

I've got some new goods to add to the shop....look for those next week.

Happy Wednesday Girls!

  4. Sooo pretty and so serene!!

My porch is going to be pressure cleaned this afternoon and not a minute too soon! But even so, it's just TOO hot to go out and enjoy it. :( In about 4 or 5 months, maybe... :)

    Loved seeing the "estate"!

How cute that the chicken sits on your son's lap! You must share secrets on how to domesticate a chicken :)
Do they come inside and sit at the dinner table too?

    Happy Summertime!

  7. Hi Andrea... Happy HOT Nebraska day to you!
I am your transplanted neighbor from MN now in the Omaha area. I'm writing to tease you if you are the "Andrea" that has some pillows on hold with a beautiful blog "Home and Harmony". If you are that "Andrea" getting my wanted pillows then maybe I could have that cute Petunia instead! lisa
